1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us via WhatsApp at 6374355763 / 8939008997 or email at automobilediscounts@gmail.com.
- For large or customized orders, cancellation may not be possible once processing begins.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can request a return as per our Return Policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable for damaged or defective products, incorrect items delivered, or canceled orders within allowed time frame.
- Products not eligible for refund include used vehicles or products damaged due to customer misuse.
3. Refund Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email with order details and reason for refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
4. Exchange & Replacement
- For defective products, we offer replacement or exchange wherever possible.
- Contact our team within 3 days of delivery for replacements.
